Orgacon DRY re-dispersible PEDOT/PSS pellets is a unique product developed and produced by Agfa Materials proprietary technology, pushing the limits of PEDOT/PSS formulation with organic solvents. The technology is optimized to allow retention of PEDOT/PSS key properties in polar organic solvents. Recommendations for re-dispersing DRY pellets in ethanol with minimal water content can be provided. Other organic solvents and higher conductive grades are in progress. |

Ito Group supplies Agfa Orgacon printing inks which are specifically designed to print transparent electrodes on almost all types of substrates, including PET, PC and glass. Agfa has continuously improved their PEDOT/PSS formulation and this has led to highly conductive coatings with improved optical properties. These 5th generation PEDOT/PSS materials are now being used in production. The Orgacon HBS5, S305 and S305plus are the 5th generation coating solutions, with S305plus including additives for improved environmental stability. EL-P3145 is the new screen printing ink.
